Qualco, Brayton Global & ENG Group to Support the Digital Transformation of the EU Publications Office

The consortium formed by Qualco S.A. (Qualco), Brayton Luxembourg SARL (Brayton Global) and Engineering International Belgium S.A. (ENG Group), acting as the lead Partner, has signed a multi-year framework contract for the provision of project management and other related services for the IT activities of the Publications Office of the European Union. 

Spanning a period of up to four years and with a budget of €58 million, the contract will support the Publications Office of the European Union in delivering complex ICT programmes, modernising systems, and improving digital services across EU institutions and for EU citizens.


The consortium will provide an extensive range of services, including:
•    ICT Programme and Project Management, throughout the full secure lifecycle of the EU's information systems, from inception and requirements analysis to software development, testing, deployment, and final acceptance.
•    Technical Consulting Services, including feasibility studies, functional and process analysis, risk evaluation, and the formulation of corrective strategies.
•    IT Service Management (ITSM) support, including incident and risk management, resource coordination, and system monitoring.
•    System Management Services, ensuring optimal performance and security of hardware and software environments, including recommendations for improvements.
•    Training and Knowledge Transfer, supporting continuous upskilling and the implementation of best practices across teams.
